a) Evaluation of the project management system at BIS/BIT companies b) Evaluation of controlling measure and assessment of risk matrix. c) Plausibility checks of order evaluations, cash flows and schedule management. d) Probing cost estimation figures, planned contingency and result situation (e.g. contribution margins). e) Identifying potential risks leading to claims and support in claim management.

I am responsible for independent risk evaluations and the preparation of measures/suggestions for improvement in the mitigation of risks for projects in execution phase as well as for the assessment of bids.

I worked as a project executive for its large power project departments project management group and acted as central interface between customer, suppliers and internal divisions for the assigned project activities. e position included the following main tasks: Project management (technical / commercial) for the entire project life cycle (startup, execution, commissioning, close out).
