In recent years, it is evident that 3D micro supercapacitors are shaping up to be capable of serving the on-board micro energy device requirements. One of the remarkable aspects of 3D micro supercapacitors is the emergence of dynamic H2 bubble template (DHBT). However, the efficient utilization of these highly porous DHBT structures still remains a challenge when it comes to coat them with active materials. In my work, I am attempting the Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) approach to handle such challenges.
