During this job, I got opportunity to develop my administrative skills and utilize my capabilities in dealing with managerial aspects. I polished my skills in book keeping, accounts, financial planning, reporting and public dealing. Key responsibilities were to maintain office files, records, accounts receivables and payables. As admin officer, I had to provide administrative support and manage queries of all employees, students and visitor.

Headed SPEAKS (Society for Promotion of Entrepreneurial Activities Knowledge and Skills) managing body, team and members. Attended meetings with University’s Vice Chancellor, Head of Departments regarding careers and skills improvement plans for students of University. Managed and organized several events linked to startup business ideas and plans, marketing techniques, brand wars at university level. Arranged career counseling sessions and presentation for students.

Dealt and promoted the new remittance products of ACE. Successfully worked in sales support team which acts as main part between company and Online customers by providing customer services related to the targeted products. Worked with internal support departments to develop new sales strategies that promote sales to new and old customers.

Contributed and supported in Student Admission process Fall-2013.
