Designed, taped-out, and measured a reference-less parasitic-BJT-based ±1⁰C accurate CMOS temperature sensor with 12-bit differential segmented SAR ADC as digital interface. Performed top level chip integration for UAE’s first ever multi-university MPW chip

Designed and taped-out custom memory with H-tree clock distribution for a 2Gbps hybrid Flash + TDC (Time to Digital Converter), and a high speed I/O interface in 28 nm CMOS

Designed, taped-out, and measured the following integrated circuit systems: o Neural recording analog front end, which filtered and amplified the neural signal o Neural stimulation front end for prosthesis applications o Continuous time Gm-C integrator for delta sigma modulator
