Samuel Kim

Working on behalf of the German goverment to support the education project PACE (Programa de Apoyo de la Calidad Educativa) in Guatemala, which supports the education ministry in the decentralisation of its education system, intercultural bilingual education, rural secondary education and food security in school.

Working with the Capacity Development Programme in designing toolkits to be implemented in training sessions of policy makers and educators from all over the world, assisting the director in institutional development implementing a 5 year plan to make the International Bureau of Education a center of excellence in curriculum.
