• Support the Technicians, Buyers and Design teams as a solution engineer and contribute to the digital future of product development; • Configuration of the PLM Centric 8 system according to the business requirements ; • Design and defining the interfaces between PLM Centric 8 and SAP, BW, BOARD together with global IT team.

• Analysis of the requirements of relevant stakeholders; • Implementing / testing the solutions together with programmers and introducing the changes to the end users • Support of the product lifecycle management users that concerns: hotline support, expert consulting, security and access system administration after consulting the responsible parties and collaborating with IT; • Co-work in planning, coordination and execution of roll outs across the Hella group;

• Develop and define comprehensive packaging standards, packaging optimization and best-practice packaging concepts for Hella group • Ensure the quality of packaging related master data within related ERP-systems • Offer support for defining and maintaining Hella procedures for packaging, training and support packaging planners within Hella network

• Manage master data setups and daily utilization of SAP for procurement and management of materials • Responsible for coordinating, tracking and scheduling delivery of raw materials and empty packaging (one-way and returnable) • Coordinate and manage plant and customer service needs • Participate in Continuous Improvement process efforts • Prepare systems for new product launches and product packaging changes

• Interface with customers and service technicians to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance. • Determine need for repairs and maintenance by vehicle inspection and questioning customer and by researching service history and computer information • Checking on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacting customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explaining cost and time requirements in detail • Planning and organizing the service activity

• Offering information about company’s products and services • Records clients requirements • Follows the quality indicators established by department procedures • Identifying customers problems, and assist in resolving these problems • Planning and organizing auto parts acquisition based on customer demand • Maintaining the relationship with service and technical advisor

• Organize activity and respect delivery term • Quality control of all hand painted furniture • Decorate furniture pieces with motif inspired by the folk art furniture from Transylvania
