I'm inovative, always trying to fully understand my tasks with ability to predict and recognize possible future problems which leads me to find smart and practical solutions. One of my strengths is that I'm able to recognize when it is possible to combine good solutions of old projects and to implement them as needed. Working in a team is something I enjoy , I am always ready to help with some advice or even accept advice. I don't panic and I manage well in stressful situations, always trying to have a calming effect on my team, giving emphasis to reason and logic from which we can extract useful solutions.
