Managed and trained team of 8 people to support Xerox customers for contract query handling with Austrian, German, Swiss and UK Concessionaires and handling & administering invoice related queries in Oracle system. Was also involved in the “Contract Task Force” in Europe (issues and Solutions for eClick contracts in Europe) and prepared system test cases for the IS team.
