Designing and implementing visual and interactive lessons to students of all levels in class sizes ranging from 1 to 16 students. Identifying students’ strengths and weaknesses, adapting teaching methods as appropriate. Organising and leading events through the school’s social programme on a monthly basis. Presenting teacher seminars on the importance of context and making lessons personal and meaningful to students.

Developed and implemented English lessons, created worksheets and exams. Organised and participated in primary school and high school English camps and seminars. Supervised and led workshops at conferences for Japanese primary school teachers. Recorded four levels of quarterly listening tests for all secondary schools in the region.. Taught adult evening classes weekly creating an individually tailored syllabus for each class.
