Maintained polymer characterization lab as a facility manager. • Synthesized first acyclic N-heterocyclic carbenes and developed new synthetic methods for self-healing polymer materials. • Trained new members in polymer characterization facility and ensured the polymer facility was running efficiently and reduced a maintenance cost by 5%.
