• Validation, Maintenance and distribution of 200+ reports on monthly basis based out of different markets and region to management authorities. • Loading Daily, Monthly data involves customer feedback, data related to store level performance in .txt format file into SQL table using Clara bridge tool. • Creation of ad-hoc and Standard BO reports. • Resolving tickets logged using HPSM tool in regards to SAP BO WebI reports.
