• Accountable for Product Geometry, Validation & Aspect proving until PPAP Gateway from FOTS. • Execute CTQ Convergence Plan against OEM Specification for Validation, Geometry & Aspect. • Accountable for Off-Tool Injection Process Industrialization for SOP, Injection Start-up cost, CNQ Hours, Injection Rejection Rate & Meeting Injection Cycle Time Objectives.

• Lead D&D activities for X2 Aria MY13 &MY14 facelift projects for Cockpit facelift. • Resolve Design Related Quality Issues for Fiat India- Linea & Punto Carline. • Execute COD, DFMEA, DFA & DFM documents for sign-off with customer. • Conduct Static PAB deployment tests & DVP tests as per customer specifications. • Manage ECR/ECN & Engineering BOM. • Awareness on various regulations concern to automotive interior fitting & safety.

• Define Customer Product Technical Requirements for Marketing/BD for New Project Enquiry. • Lead Team on Plastic Fastener Design & Development Activities as per AR-Guideline. • Generate Project Timing Micro Plan, DVP & Internal Engineering documents. • Define Raw Material for Localised Product Development to meet Product Performance Requirements. • Attend Injection Moulding trails at Supplier Location & In-house for Part & Tool Proving.

• Manage customer SOR & Project Milestone for Product Feasibility Check. • Execute DFMEA, DVP, DFM & DFA & sign-off with Customer. • Conduct Design Review & Proposals to meet Customer Craftsmanship Targets. • Conduct Proto Part Fitment on Vehicle & Manage Fitment Report for Design Improvement. • Understanding of Indian Regulations related to Interior Fittings & Safety. • Manage Part Improvement Plan based on Customer Vehicle Builds. • Manage ECR/ECN for Engineering Modifications.
