Currently, I hold multiple concurrent roles utilising extensive knowledge of corporate IT, and financial service systems and product offerings to enhance operational efficiencies and successes of wholly owned international clearing and settlement depository subsidiary of DBAG.
Experienced Executive Board Member with a demonstrated history of board positions in the financial services industry. Skilled in Programme Management, IT Service Management, Client Management, IT Strategy, Management, and Outsourcing. Strong business development professional with a BA Hons focused in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Birmingham.
In this role, I was responsible for Connectivity, Managed Services, and Market Operation Services (provisioning of Exchange solutions for multiple stock exchanges globally) businesses for the extensive market data offering combined with the external technology and connectivity services provided by DBAG.
During my tenure in this position, I controlled Luxembourg sales of MD + S services as well as the delivery of support for all MD + S divisions and external divisions through transaction and project negotiations. I directed business development for two IT centric business lines and sponsored key clients. I administered the Swapster start-up project beginning in 2015. I implemented enhanced know your client (KYC) and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory changes.

Named to support complex IT and offshore deliveries for joint venture established between DBAG and SIX as IT service provider for STOXX (DBAG subsidiary).
In this role, I orchestrated the transition of IT Services from an opportunistic model into a strategic business line and a merger with legacy Market Data and Analytics business offerings. I directed the Business Operations team in Luxembourg, Germany, and Czech Republic with a matrixed Service Delivery team in supporting IT services for financial market clients. Surpassed revenue targets, and building channel deals improving the pipeline of business for the future.
For this position, I led the expansion of managed services offerings to clients within the Luxembourg and Germany markets. I articulated the value of company providing services in application service provider (ASP) and SaaS agreements. Exceeded YoY growth targets.
While holding this position, I directed as many as 300 project team members within matrixed organisations to control projects for most Clearstream systems. I streamlined the procedures for individual improvement projects outside the scope of main projects. I introduced a test cycle methodology to enable small releases between major launches.
