10 year experience in production for industry and wind converter. In 2017, after completing my technical studies, I started in the R&D department for wind converters as a type test manager. At the same time, I was responsible for localization to China. Since 2020, I have been working as a project manager for wind generator prototype in the areas of gear drive and midspeed/HybridDrive. Here I am responsible for the team coordination and project planning of the prototypes in Flender Winergy’s Serbian & Chinese factories. Project leader for internal Flender R&D projects in Serbia and China. Participation in various courses: - Siemens PMB 3 executives of the future - Project Management basic - Project Management Agile & Hyprid - Switching authorization for medium-voltage systems Works council member at Flender Winergy Ruhstorf. Several years of experience as a security officer.
