 Requirement gathering from client.  Involve in solution design. Solution configuration and documentation  Interaction and finalization of solution with product Team.  Work as Team lead for a project in production support.  Presentation to internal team and coordinate smooth project transition to support.  Documentation for process and training for client.  Production support and efficient issue resolution.

 Involve Interface testing.  Onsite support for client User Acceptance Test.  Documentation for Release packs, Test Case, test results and change specification document.  Involved in client discussion for project implementation.  Frequent interaction with internal team.
