• Serving as one of the focal points for Enterprise Resource and Planning Software (ORACLE/IRMA); • Providing appropriate supporting paperwork for all pre- and post-actions related to implementation of the Human Dimension Department (HDD) activities • Providing support to the HDD during all phases of programme implementation with regard to all financial, budgetary and logistical aspects of activities

Manage day-to-day financial and operational aspects of the school; Developing, updating and communicating fiscal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and strong internal controls; Developing and improving efficiency in business processes across the organization; Participating in strategic planning, including serving as the lead on researching and selecting systems needed to support Bloom's continuing growth

Management of financial resources (budget management and monitoring, cash-flow management, monthly and yearly financial closures, commitment of expenditures, etc; Administrative organization and operating framework (administrative organizational rules, procedures and guidelines, contracts management); Management of human resources (HR policy, recruitment, administrative management of personnel, training management, supervision of administrative staff, etc.

Administrative management of the Centre and the team; Planning and developing systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Spanish and Bosnian Language Departments

• Preparing and implementing projects and educational programs • Organizing seminars, trainings and workshops • Assisting in drawing up and translating narrative and financial reports • Writing and translating press releases, public letters, project proposals and various other documents • Reviewing media related laws and summarizing their effect on the work of the media • Identifying, monitoring, resolving and following up on country-wide journalists’ rights and other media development issues
