• Acting as a lead engineer on a variety of projects (Defence, Motion systems, UAV, Electromobility) • Supervising all engineering staff (electrical, software, mechanical). • Applying to subsidized projects, managing r&d activities. • Checking the quality of mechanical, electrical project drawings. • Checking the quality of software design. • Representing the technical capabilities to the customer. • Preparing technical feasibilities and project offers with technical team.
