• Managed demand planning in collaboration with Sales Department, Divisional Sales Directors, Marketing and Finance Heads • Developed final forecast of all products (450 SKUs) in all channels (Key Accounts, Distributors, Export, Food Service) on monthly basis • Managed a team of 4 employees and coached through development plan • Led weekly S&OP meetings, identified potential risks and possible gaps in terms of goods availability/inventory
• Calculated and presented forecast for whole product range (450 SKUs) in distributors channel • Led pre-demand meetings on monthly basis in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Finance departments • Queried data and provided analysis for weekly S&OP meeting to drive accuracy, procurement and inventory efficiencies
• Developed short- and long-term supply plan for import grocery (180 SKUs, 5 European plants) • Analyzed and presented stock risks (OOS/write-off risks), conducted stock projection (12-24 months) reports • Led or participated in all meetings related to supply of grocery (S&OP, seasonal CIM meetings, pre-season capacity planning meetings)
• Managed 5 suppliers regarding logistics, initiated and conducted Supply Chain trainings on monthly basis to improve supplier’s performance • Collaborated and calculated short- and long-term supply plans (160 SKU), launched and developed regarding logistics 3 new suppliers with 25 SKUs • Initiated and implemented truck filling project leading a team of 2; transport costs were reduced by 4%
• Planned production and deliveries (50 OTC SKUs) in collaboration with 6 pharmaceutical plants, estimated stock risks (shortage/write-off), conducted stock projection • Participated in Regulatory meeting on biweekly basis, provided information of stocks, import licenses, timelines for preliminary control, marketing authorization holder transfer, artwork changes, RC receiving • Prepared documents for import (Certificates of Analysis, Sales Invoices, etc.)
