E.Solutions is a company that produces infotainment systems for VW Group cars. I work as a Software Engineer in an Instrument Cluster team. You can see our products in recently presented Audi cars, such as TT and Q7. My responsibilities are to design, create and support different types of system level applications. It includes usage of different communication channels (MOST and BAP).

I was responsible for developing all Points Of Interest (POI) search applications for Volkswagen Infotainment system. This task includes wide range of responsibilities and demands high communication skills. I worked in different areas of the project. Those include communication with database, multi-thread optimizations, design and support of different types of system configuration instruments.

During the internship, I was responsible for analysis, re-design and re-implementation of logging software component of server part and load balancing optimization.

Development of distributed simulation system based on Factory Explorer simulating tool. Reimplementation was performed in several steps: reimplementation of all the libraries on C#; implementation of the remote calls mechanism was implemented using .Net Remoting.

Topic of Internship "Development of a simulation plug-in based on AnyLogic for optimization of complex assembly lines". Topic of Master's thesis "Approach to improve and extend a simulation tool of a platform for simulation-based optimization of complex assembly lines".
