Shawon Saha

Worked at the Climber (an educational startup), as a Finance Manager (unpaid, while studying)), for 6 months. My role at the Climber was to be part of a team of three who looked after financing and budgeting of Climber's flagship event, The Indian Youth Conclave, 2017.

Worked at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) (Indian state-owned aerospace and defence company headquartered in Bangalore, India), for fifteen days, as an Industrial Trainee. My training at HAL primarily emphasised on the overhaul and maintenance process of Cheetah and Chetak helicopter. This, in turn, gave me insight into the Industry's approach to a problem and identify its solutions.
