Within my job I am mainly responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the business in order to achieve the company's strategic objectives, I manage the operations of my team including recruitment, training and performance management to ensure that the team works efficiently together and achieves its goals, during my tenure as Operations Manager, I have led my team to exceed the performance targets issued by my superiors, which has added a touch of color to my career, and I am confident that I will create more unexpected achievements in the future!
