• In charge of logistics and quality for all our clients located outside Europe: Asia, South America, ... • Manage1 person directly and 10 persons indirectly • Investigation on production location between France, UK, Germany, Poland and Sweden • Logistic concept for JIS(Just In Sequence) delivery plant in England • Elaboration of a concept for the material flow from the suppliers to Faurecia metal manufactory plants and then to GM plants in all over the Europe

• Creation of the procedure of project development; • In charge of the products modification and standardization; • Economic and technical feasibility study of a French - Chinese Joint Venture • Preparation of local supplying of the machinery, tools and components(plastic parts, stamping parts, machining parts,...)

•Construction of paint workshop: defining the schedule of conditions, invitation to tender, supervision of the construction, adjustment and setting up of the workshop; •Manager of 7 technicians and 18 workers in this paint workshop
