A seasoned food safety management systems implementer, experienced in two GFSI recognized standards; FSSC 22000 and BRC. I have successfully implemented for accreditation in the food industry. I have experience in both FMCG and Long life foods having worked at a bakery, cannery and brewery. I have successfully lead teams to success, highlighting leading a canned product processing team and reducing processing defects significantly in my first year of employment. Reduced rework hours and developed my team to be autonomous. Currently heading a department for Quality governance and process control. In my line of work, I have greatly improved my people skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills, having work with low literacy level people and also professional people .
