I have extensive experience in providing legal services in both jurisdictions of Albania and Kosovo in representing public and private companies in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, mergers & acquisitions transactions, corporate restructurings, financings, debt structuring and secured loans. I've studied law at the University of Tirana (2001) and obtained an EXC MBA at Sheffield University, (2006). I also obtained an LLM with commendation in "International Commercial Law" from Northumbria University, School of Law, (2010) and an LLM in German Civil Law from the University of Hamburg, 2020 (magna cume laude). Member of the Albanian Bar Association since 2002. Fluent in English and Italian. Very good knowledge of the German language.
