I have installed my first Debian GNU/Linux system back in 2001 just for fun, since then I've been administering Linux servers and TCP/IP networks. I think I have a good knowledge of Linux operating systems, in particular of Debian/Ubuntu and CentOS distributions. The absolute majority of the systems I deal with are web and mail servers. I have good knowledge of the most common anti-SPAM strategies. Following the introduction of virtualization, I have basic knowledge of the VMware vSphere virtualization platform and Veeam backup and recovery software. I have dealt with Wordpress and I have knowledge of it from a system administration perspective. I also worked on broadband access networks for end customers. I know how to manage the technical administrative activities related to the maintenance of a domain name.
