Sonja Andrea Krichel has a strong knowledge of healthcare services and industry sectors having recruited for a diverse range of roles from engineers and doctors to pharmacists, sales operatives, IT and finance consultants. She is experienced in executive recruitment for businesses of all sizes from start-ups to larger companies. Before joining Talentmark, Sonja’s background was in human resources where she has many years’ experience as a senior HR manager in the steel and plastics industries. In her previous position she actively supervised a major infrastructure expansion project for an international industrial company.
