Market analysis & trend hunting are part of my daily work and my consulting role towards the B2B partners.

As an intern at Lx – Book a Room, my tasks included providing online and offline services to customers, resulting in the acquisition of new customers through both direct sales channels and indirect sales through e-commerce platforms. As the person in charge for website development and the company’s own sales channel, I have learned to optimize for sales through user experience and design.

As a waitress and brand representative I had to make sure that customers feel at ease, are satisfied with the service and would come back anytime.
