Designing and developing user-centric reporting solutions.

Leading Tata Consultancy Services global career development program (ACE Program). Initiated and established strong communication channels towards target groups, to reinforce and boost company employer’s brand. I am promoting the ACE program on international events by delivering presentations and organizing workshops. Recruiting and establishing talent sourcing pipeline with regions of Iberoamerica, Africa, and Europe.

I have been coaching AIESEC country offices (Serbia, Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Uganda, and Botswana) on global brand implementation and management via virtual communication tools. Audited their country communication strategies, proposed measures to improve brand visibility and reinforce communication toward key stakeholders.

I have re-designed product portfolio to reinforce unique brand values and selling points. Built and led relations with key corporate and governmental organizations, positioning AIESEC and building strong supporter base. I have established partnership group, with growth of 300% in revenues. Reinforced sales process in national network and led education of executive level sales force. I have led key strategic projects that represented 90% of national revenue generation.

I have led national core work projects and coaching two local offices (with the membership base of 60) in field of organizational management, branding and sales. I have executed successfully Career Days project in 3 cities with 10.000 visitors and 100 companies. Re-shaped and differentiated Career Days brand from AIESEC to reinforce its unique value and proposition, which led to 50% growth in revenues.

I have managed relation with three clients – Ni Medic, Free zone Belgrade and Beosmart – by working on execution of communication plan, developing collaterals and rich media presentations for various stakeholder groups.

I have led local AIESEC branch (30 members) and executive board (6 vice presidents). Created strategic plan, tracked results and evaluated plan execution, led current and established new relations with key stakeholders (corporate partners, university management and alumnus). I have been responsible for office governance, which included assessment and decision making about financial management, recruitment, allocation of resources, projects realization and team performance.

Developed and executed communication strategy by launching various promotional and brand awareness campaigns via guerilla marketing techniques. Worked as a communication manager on several international conferences (MedCo in Croatia, EuroXPRO in Italy, YU CAN in Serbia).
