Sridhar Srinivasan

I am a research scientist seeking to understand how our hearing and cognition work together. I use psychophysical and neural techniques, with data processing to investigate this in hearing aids and cochlear implants. Presently, I am interested in moving towards roles in clinical research and related data analyses. More broadly, I am also interested in other non-clinical roles that involve data analysis, where I can leverage my experience and apply my expertise across different domains. Trained in electrical engineering and behavioral neuroscience, I draw from a variety of approaches towards solving problems. I have expertise in research, systematic and literature reviews, experimental studies, data collection and processing, statistical analyses, and report writing and publication. Experience: 8 years in human research, 4 years in animal research. I have also worked with other researchers at various levels on projects, and mentored graduate and undergraduate researchers.
