Delivering training sessions to individuals and companies in the area of Scrum (Scrum Master, Scrum Developer and Product Owner) and ISTQB Software Tester Foundations.

Enabled the adoption and optimization of Scrum principles and processes (identification, evaluation, and recommended process & tool improvement opportunities across the engineering, project management, and product management efforts and guided in implementation initiatives). Coaching the stakeholders (including C-level, senior management, and others) on Agility& understanding of the Scrum Framework, to interact effectively with the Scrum Team.

Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases and coordinating testing activities. Performing through regression testing when bugs are resolved. Liaise with developers & product managers to identify system requirements.

Setting up standards for execution of the project: Quality Management System for Leadership Architecture Development Program and ensuring the project standards are followed. Gathering of project data and production of information for management review and managing resources of the project. Ensuring that the whole project is done according to the DIN ISO 29990 requirements and preparation of documentation for an audit control. Support, guidance and direction to the team members.

Planning and managing the annual budget (50. 000 eur) and solely responsible for bank transactions & accounting. Supporting the fundraising process and prepared the ground work for implementation of statistical budget and new accounting software. Managing intercultural teams and delivery of training sessions in the area of Motivation, Corporate Relations & Intercultural Awareness.

Supporting the Public Relations department with advertising and marketing initiatives, public events and news releases. Conducting market analysis as part of the strategic plan for the expansion of the production. Preparing related reports and presentations, maintaining the executives’ schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

Leading a group of 30 students as part of international student organization through the organization of variety of local and international events and seminars. Understanding the diverse background the students come from, their strengths, weaknesses and areas of interests. Resolving conflict situations by encouraging positive debate. Communicating effectively the plans between the Local Group and Central ESTIEM. Carrying out relevant administrative duties.
