- Part of Global Networking team responsible for EMEA region - Currently working on few projects along with senior engineers and architects for complete planning, design and implementation of high-available network infrastructure for new sites (layered diagrams, drafts and proposals, hardware requirements and BoM, configurations, rack layouts, implementation plan)

- Responsible for the complete availability and functionality of the applications, systems, networks and other IT related tools used in the company. - Ensure overall functionality and fast recovery of WAN, PSTN and VoIP environment as well as of the domain integrated services. - Administer domain users and groups. - Manages and supports the local network and voice equipment. - Manage and maintain corporate e-mail services. - Provides technical support to the local users.

- Day-to-day maintenance of the entire network infrastructure (in-house and client`s) - Took part in migration of ISG`s VoIP system (CME to CUCMBE and Asterisk) - Maintenance and support of VoIP system

- First point of contact for company`s customers. - Remotely dealt with customer`s connectivity/broadband issues - Maintenance of customer`s network devices - Provide inhouse support for ISG. Windows environment. Have experience with Active Directory and MS Exchange. Creating objects in AD, and maintaining existing entries.

As a student I was self -employed / had few projects in the field of Web design (HTML based). The most significant one was - design of a web site for the needs of one furniture company based in FYRO Macedonia. Site was originally hosted on my own server (Windows 2003 with IIS on HP Proliant GL 380 G4) administered by my self. On a later stage it had to be moved over to a free public server.
