I am a UX Designer with experience in office management, event organization, and customer service. The past few years it has been my daily work to empathize with the needs of others, be it customers or members of my team, and make their day a more pleasant and smoother experience. I managed to create solutions where the "users" felt satisfied with the result, no matter if it was an event or just a daily situation in the office. Thanks to that, I gained the knowledge and empathy to work and create solutions that work for others, taking care of their necessities. As a UX Designer, this is what I'm striving for for the customers. I hope to bring my empathy and my "user care first" mentality to my new workplace, as well as work together with a team, committed to building products that bring joy and make life easier for the users.
