I designed and implemented international and national projects in academic context, e.g. ‘People with disabilities against the background of civil society’ with participants from Europe and Central Asia in September, 2016. In academic and professional career, I developed excellent presentational and rhetorical skills in Russian, English and German because of a large number of academic lectures and conferences. In addition, I prepared highly structured academic reports for university.

Because of my long-term collaboration with intercultural teams in Uzbekistan, I developed a high awareness of successful communication skills in politically and cultural sensitive backgrounds. With regard to my practical work, I managed to win a competitive project advertisement for drafting and conducting my seminar ‘Inclusion Now’ for future teachers in April and May of 2015. Furthermore, I acquired the ability to clearly structure and summarise existing evidence in a field of research.

During my two years stay in Belarus, I gained expertise in fundraising activities for implementation of project work. Furthermore, I conducted cultural projects in intercultural teams, for example ‘Mourning Culture in Belarus.
