• Perform method development of analytical methods. Successfully completed method development of purity by HPLC, content uniformity, and sink dissolution methods for multiple client projects. • Manage a wet chemistry lab containing multiple HPLC instruments. • Perform routine GMP analyses of finished product and stability samples following SOPs, cGMP, GLP, & USP regulations and procedures.

• Screen new spray-dried dispersion (SDD) formulations in order to identify the best-performing formulations for further development work and pre-clinical studies. Perform a broad range of analyses (DSC, Dissolution, SEM, Purity by HPLC, PXRD, Headspace GC) to determine physical characteristics and stability. • Supervise a junior chemist. Provide training and guidance on analytical methods and data interpretation. Ensure analyses are completed in a timely manner.

• Fast Learner. Without prior experience and guidance, quickly became familiar with the basic principles, techniques, and instrumentation of several biochemical assays (BCA Assay, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, IEF) to get new test methods running in our laboratory. Served as the lead analyst for future biochemical assays in our laboratory. • Perform data analysis, recognize unanticipated outcomes or deviations, participate in OOS investigations and propose alternate or improved technical plans.
