Key responsibilities included business development, key account management, recruitment, training and team management: • Assisting in business development by helping to maximise relationships with clients. • Providing HE/MA support for project teams, including group training and mentoring. • Undertaking direct or shared supervision of projects with challenging HE/MA content. • Providing input into the strategic development of the company.

• Payer Research: Primary and secondary research with payers in targeted countries to understand value perception of products to refine access strategies. • Payer Negotiation Training: Workshops designed to equip market access directors, managers and senior specialists with the negotiation tools they need to manage pricing discussions with payers. Following divestment of our consulting group from UBC, our group became part of Evidera in June 2013.

Value Message & Global Value Dossier Development: Tools to support communication with external stakeholders including national and regional access decision-makers and value-based contracting.

Editing content for all editorial sections, commissioning and organizing peer review, working with the journal advisory board, writing editorials and business development.
