I am in charge with de Warehouse Management of the Central Europe Master DC of P&G Balkans: leadership of 120 employes with different positions and missions, organized in 3 shifts 38.000 sqm of warehouse 3500 palletes in average/day in-out operations Responsability of specific volumes, quallity and financial KPI's

Like Head of the logistics my mission is to permanently check and improve the performances of the new warehouses (Alba Iulia and Arad) in terms of quality of delivering, and economic efficiency, and to find also solution for increasing volumes, to evaluate, motivate and train the personal, and to find the best solutions to assure the transports. Other attributions: Inventory, Stocks level, Service grad, Cost control for service, equipments and maintenance, budget.
