• Supported the scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of municipal wastewater facility construction-related projects on behalf of the County Government and in collaboration with Project Managers and the engineering team. • Contributed to quality control monitoring of the project budget, schedule, technical plans, and code compliance. • Developed reporting on project status, RFIs, and change orders according to project specifics, budget, and standards.

• Improved the mobility, functionality, and safety of the City of Portland’s light-rail tram system by 25% through careful examination, testing, analysis, and improvement recommendations accepted by the City. • Assessed transportation delay issues, street design, and crash-data impacting the Portland Streetcar system to develop urban planning improvements to increase mobility / safety for streetcar, bikers, and pedestrians in Portland.

• Collaboratively designed engineering plans for 2 storm water drainage and purification systems that achieved an 10% increase in water quality improvement within the Portland wastewater system. • Ensured compliance with federal codes related to storm water drainage, floodplains, utility permitting, health/safety standards, and industrial waste management. • Worked collaboratively with environmental engineers to draft engineering technical and managerial plans.
