As a logistics professional, I managed large Operational and Customer Service teams. I maintained close relationships with customers in roles as Customer Service and Key Account Manager. With special interest in Pharma, I managed an Air Export Pharma team and led a CEIV (Pharma) audit. I have Project and Change Management experience with being part of the implementation of a new operational system (CargoWise) and I am able to translate complex topics to understandable information at all levels in a matrix organization. With my strategic mindset and result-driven, can-do attitude I am able to shape direction, engage people and drive high performance with an eye for details. I’m a great leader and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluently in Dutch, German and English) who can work under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment. I have worked in Asia, Europe and the USA in Country, Regional and Global roles.
