Turn Key Solution Manager project managing the design & build of a "Step Change" structural assembly hangar for Single Aisle aircrafts in Hamburg (including state of the art robotics, line balancing, change management, data capturing and evaluation, ...)

Project Manager leading a team of full and part time project members responsible for the implementation of new manufacturing technology on Single Aisle and Long Range structural assembly lines.

Extension of position described below to an Airbus project leader with 2 workpackage employees working on my behalf. I have been deputy to the "Airbus Process and Technology Leader" for Automation at the same time.

Project engineer working on behalf of Airbus on development of manufacturing technology in Airbus R&T also being responsible for implementation of semiautomatic drilling equipment on single applications.

This course is more than mechanics, electrics, programming, technical optics, drives, IT, design and simulation... it also consists of project management, controlling, contract and labour law, negotiation management, quality assurance, team training and technology subsequent measurement.
