Role: Development / Customizations of ServiceNow which is a cloud computing platform (PaaS) that helps organizations digitizing their workflows. Javascript is used for creating UI actions, UI policies, Data Policies, and mainly server-side scripting for Business Rules.

At Afiniti, role was to automate testing methodologies of services of an ACD system called Mega-ACD which aims to improve the call distribution and routing strategy of contact centers and can support and route a large number of calls coming from the customers in a single second in comparison to normal hardware switch. Development of on-demand testing utilities and tools required for CICD. Technologies mainly involve python, some internal testing tools, and several rest API Testing frameworks.

At Systems Limited, I worked as a full stack development engineer for product enhancement with .NET Core at the backend. To write Web APIs in .NET Core of an employee portal. Writing complex stored procedures/queries on SQL Server. Javascript and JQuery for client side handling while using ASP.NET Webforms and ASP.NET MVC razor UI I also had the flavour of working with javascript runtime NodeJs for rest APIs implementation of a portal.
