Intern in Training & Development Dept of one of the largest Mid-size CROs, my key responsibilities include: -Develop/maintain a tracking system & oversee ongoing maintenance of CRA training program globally.-Perform in-house CRA/CTM Admin support & assist Managers/Associates with any/all tasks.-Perform in-house Training coordination & gaining overall understanding of Monitoring Processes.-Perform routine departmental support functions.-Perform Feasibility Studies in Germany, Austria & Switzerland

As Intern in QA dept,I observed & understood the process flows of biggest & oldest JCI accredited Hospital in India. Apart from helping in daily activities of dept, my key responsibilities were helping with Organisation and Analyzing 'Voice of Customer' Survey & 'Net Promoter Score Survey'. My other projects included Analysis of Delay in Inpatient Admissions, FMEA of Burn Injury, caused by Bair Hugger (a device used to regulate body temperatures of patients under Anesthesia)& FMEA in F&B Dept of Hospital.
