I was responsible for procurement within the project of clothing retail chain establishment. I conducted research on textile manufacturers in China and Southeast Asia in terms of quality, delivery time, payment terms and identified potential suppliers. I acted as a liaison between manufacturers and relevant internal departments, negotiated prices, as well as technical side of production and logistics. I monitored the progress of orders, checked the quality of goods on-sight and controlled payments.

I was responsible for establishing relationship with potential customers in Russia and the CIS via trade shows, cold calling and direct mail. I consulted customers on the products, payment terms, and logistics. I followed up all sales leads, processed orders and controlled shipment dates.

I conducted research on the Russian knitwear market, communicated with potential customers (through work at trade shows, cold calling etc.). I expanded and maintained customer database and assisted Department Director with current projects.

I was responsible for written translations of texts and documents of various difficulty, such as education certificates, passports, technical documentation, judicial decrees etc. from English/Chinese into Russian and vice versa. I also did interpretations at district courts, migration service, and notary offices.
