I am responsible for marketing communication for EKK Eagle Industry in Europe. Since I started at EKK I developed a new marketing strategy for Europe to create more brand awareness and make the different plants in Europe more visible in the automotive industry. Apart from launching the new corporate identity, I have also redesigned the website for EKK Europe and I am responsible for our participation at events like IAA in Frankfurt, IZB in Wolfsburg and several international congresses.

Develop structure for product management within the European organisation and manage product life cycles for blind rivets, blind rivet nuts and tools. Analyse new opportunities within market for existing and new products and develop and implement plans for new products based on these analyses. Maintain internal communication regarding products and product development. Create and coordinate sales actions and product information with the sales department.

Responsible for the product range of thermal laminating film and equipment in EMEA. Develop product innovation plans and update product range. Develop commercial and pricing strategy in regards to marketing and product planning. Coordinate internal communication regarding products and product development. Responsible for marketing, including collateral, PR, website, and marketing budget. Organize events, including the participation of worldwide tradeshows like IPEX 2006 and Drupa 2004 and 2008.

Acquisition and manage relationships with customers within IT business. Coordination of marketing activities, including the organisation of participating at the Limburg Bedrijvenkontaktdagen (BKD) and the organisation of an Open House in the Roda stadium in Kerkrade.

Matching request and offer on the labour market in the office sector. Develop and execute commercial action plans. Organise trainings and workshops for temporary employees. Negotiate prices and contracts.

Analyse information needs within company and develop and execute projects based on conclusions. Maintain website and support Information Centre.
