Being a working student at NXP semiconductors in the IVN team (in vehicle networks) of the business unit Automotive, my main area of operation are automotive ethernet solutions (AES) where I develop embedded software solutions for ethernet switches and PHYs. My main project is a python based system that translates device specifications in low level drivers that enable the user to access the hardware.

At the institute for continuum mechanics and mechanics of materials (ICM) of the Technical University of Hamburg, I worked with the American researcher Prof. Dr. R. Miftahof on the multi scale modeling and simulation of the urinary bladder - brain axis. The topic is situated within mechanobiology and the aim was to develop a software environment where one can run scientific computations and numerical simulations of any kind of any biological signaling system. This resulted in my bachelor thesis.

As a full stack developer, I created framework-based software systems and other IT solutions of many different kinds (e.g. intranets, data processing architectures and more). In addition to that, I also functioned as an IT consultant for some projects and helped in requirements engineering, architecture design and development.

I am supporting groups of about 20 to 30 students in the process of learning and deepening the fundamentals in the subject area of engineering design (Konstruktion 2).

I created web applications for topics situated in big data analysis, -processing and -visualization as well as automation. The systems were based on MVC frameworks like CakePHP or Laravel and DBMS like MySQL as well as the queuing system Redis with use of Rest and Graph APIs. I gained detailed insights in software engineering, architecture design, complex algorithm- and database-design. Working in a small but professional developer team also taught me how to work using Agile software development.

I am part of the amazing class 22 of the double degree master program at the NIT and TUHH, that combines a Master of Science from the Hamburg University of Technology with a Master in (Technology) Management from NIT.

I am studying Mechatronics full-time. In my studies I am focusing on computer science and intelligent systems.

I studying business informatics with a focus on the development and design of information systems as a distance learning course in part-time.

Mechatronics at HAW is kind of a general approach to engineering. As students can very personally choose their focus, I specialized into information technology and software engineering, control systems and data science. GPA 1.79
