Thiago Destro

I have been working in Theobald Software since December 2018 when I joined the development team in Stuttgart, Germany. My job consists of developing new features, correcting bugs and improve the automated testing and the continous integration mechanism.

I have worked in Mercer between January 2016 and November 2018, in the web applications development team. Among my main daily tasks are the ticket attendance for bug fixes or enhancements, developing and following local and global projects, contact with global support teams, most of them composed by people from Canada, India and United Kingdom. I also have frequent contact with the local business team to discuss the demands and their solutions.

Development of different kind of software to support the internal business team, but their main purpose was to collect market research answers, process them, generate reports and release the results.

Support for Volkwagen Brasil's cost engineering area. Tickets attendance, change orders creation, and analysis for 'problems' (ITIL definition). All the process was strictly controled and monitored through ITIL V3 methodology.

Software development for pharmaceutical industry. Those softwares offered to the industries more administrative control on their productive processes, complementing and integrating with the ERP systems. My main tasks were the product customization development, integrations with the ERP and following up the entire project inside the client, from the planning until the go-live.

Software development for data processing, which was collected on market research. Automation of report generation on excel, powertpoint and other formats, and also the publishment of the results in the web.
