I am a firm believer in the “power of outsourcing”… why? Well, there is two main reasons. - I have seen many times the benefits it brings to companies who outsource part of their operational tasks to outside experts. Not only from a cost perspective, but mainly due to the extra flexible, highly educated workforce and access to technologies that come with it. - Typically outsourcing is done from western countries into so called “developing countries”. People from western companies underestimate the positive impact their business has. Many times this trickles down into a whole community, triggering opportunities that otherwise would not have existed. Listening to these stories coming from agents that work on my projects makes me feel that my work is a whole lot more than just an income.
