As an experienced Finance Manager with over 9 years of experience in Finance roles at Amazon, I am currently responsible for the financial management of four state-of-the-art fulfillment centers with over 8,000 employees. In addition, I am overseeing and supporting the launch of two new fulfilment centers in 2024. My responsibilities include optimizing variable costs and budgets (in the nine-digit range) as well as investment (Capex) budgets for the North-East German region (in the six-digit range). I am driving variable cost reduction through productivity improvement projects and serving as the central Finance PoC for unplanned absence reduction in Germany. In 2024, I will manage and lead a team of five (Senior) Finance Analysts. In prior roles, I developed insightful and complex analyses and reports using Excel and Power BI for over 1,000 distinct users (more than 10,000 hits per month) while utilizing Microsoft SQL and Redshift.
