Establishing and coordinating Sports Marketing demand planning process for Western Europe. Demand planning for sports marketing. MicroStrategy reporting and data analysis.

Maintenance of monthly MRLE (Marketing Related License Expense) accounting records. Reviewing/updating royalty reports and aiding the team with royalty reporting to assets. Analyzing current and past MRLE costs (overall and per contract) . Summarizing new license contracts (global and local). Maintaining asset database and up to date contact list within Sports Marketing. Updating financial information regarding royalties into the Asset Management System.

Preparation and analysis of KPIs for Graphic Format Usage. Consolidation of metadata for implementation to online platforms. Campaign approvals and user profile management in primary Digital Asset Management systems. Evaluation of monthly reports and invoices of print and prepress services . Consolidation of all global FTW articles from the Advanced Catalogue System (ACS). Communication with various markets and stakeholders. Work with Content Management Systems
