I am working as a First Level Support Analyst at Helpdesk.We are supporting over 7000 users with a team of 5 over phone and remote desktop connection then defining problems and trying to solve them. If I cant solve problem directing problems to whom it concerns.I am giving support for stocking softwares (Storeline,RMS,GRS,GMIS,Humanist ...) ,defining promotion problems and also we are giving support for network problems and for delegations(VPN,Active Directory,Blackberry,Operating Systems..)
