Hutchinson Excellent System (HES) Coordinator, responsible for teach first level management with LEAN methodology in the way to better understand automotive approach in daily duties, and to share HES way of work. Duties to make a plan, sequences and achieve goal in trainings. Follow with a team Maturity Matrix, road map for strategic plant growth. Responsible for Kanban and Pull Flow system in production.

Conduct with team, LEAN tools to achieve Just In Time production and increasing production efficiency. Responsible to implement and sustainability for Pull Flow of finished goods. Working on 5S, Variability workshop, responsible for production layout with optimal flow of information and goods. Trained for HTL ( Hutchinson Lean Training) and Project Visual Planning. Making training plan for team and shift leaders, train and control.

Responsible for production ramp-up in the plant i n Serbia, organizing first management team for production. Trained for bad plans, team efficiency, maintenance duties, capacity between lines, basics of ISO TS16949 etc. Daily duties for production menagment.

Preparing working documents for production with taking care of production capability and capacity. Calculates on time delivery and provide communication between production and engineering department. Planning customer orders in productions and finding better way for flow. Making big project for attacking 8 Type of waste. Seeking continuous improvement, improves employee involvement, morale, company culture and helping to ”transform” organisation.

Controlled production performances, generated scrap and waste, made budget and planed cost reduction; working according World Class Manufacturing, responisble for Kaizens, main KPI's ( A grade, Yield); Testing and introduction of new materials. Responsible for quality requirements; leader of Focus Improvement, improving OEE in production, implemented several SMED ws; working on 5S and WPO, responsible for takt and cycle time; responsible for ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 and other working standards.
